"Harriet helped me recover from my lower back injury, restore my mobility, and move with confidence over the last few months… Harriet made me realize that my injury was not a one off incident, but the result of gradually worsening back mobility over the years from working a sedentary job and pregnancy. Harriet helped me start off with gentle core exercises. Over the weeks we progressed to do more challenging movements until I got to the point I can do group fitness lessons (or not). Harriet is highly intelligent, learning continuously, and open to feedback. It really helped me communicate my needs and feel heard all along. So grateful I managed to find Harriet and my lost body!"
