Dr. Brooke Fantin of WholeSoul Wellness and Harriet Fajkowski of Movement For Everyone created this women's health pelvic floor workshop to empower women through education, support, and practical strategies. This workshop offers a blend of positive realism and candid discussions about pelvic floor health, which is often shrouded in unnecessary mystery or stigma. Brooke and Harriet strive to create a safe environment where women can learn about the anatomy, function, and importance of the pelvic floor muscles in a relaxed and supportive setting. Pre-crawling babies are welcome.
