Studio Policies & FAQs

  • Cancellation policies

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel within the 24-hour window you will be charged the full rate of the appointment or class. If you have a current package or membership option available, one appointment or class will be deducted from your package.

If you do not contact us to cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 24-hour cancelation window and do not show up for your appointment you will be charged the full rate of the appointment or class.

If the reason for the cancellation is COVID exposure, we will waive this fee. Please contact us as soon as possible upon the discovery of a COVID exposure.

  • Payment Policies

Payment is required in advance for all individual appointments, group classes, and class series. We accept credit card, cash, and check.

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you need to cancel a session or class, please review our studio cancellation policies to determine whether credit can be issued.

Class credits may be used for another session of equal value, including private appointments, group classes, or future class series, depending on availability and studio policy.

Promotions or discounts may carry additional restrictions as noted at the time of purchase.

  • Class policies

If you arrive later than 10 minutes you will not be allowed in class for your safety, as well as the safety of others, and will be charged the full rate of the class.

If there is only one (1) participant in the class it is at the discretion of the instructor to either cancel the class or offer a 30-minute class.

If the reason for the cancellation is COVID exposure, we will waive this fee. Please contact us as soon as possible upon the discovery of a COVID exposure.

  • Duet policies

A duet is a session with two clients; each participant pays the duet rate for the session.

For duets, it is the responsibility of the client to bring their own partner, but instructor will make best efforts to find a suitable partner when possible.

  • What is your class minimum policy?

We set class minimums to help ensure a high-quality experience and support the sustainability of each offering. Minimums vary based on class type:

    - GYROTONIC® Pulley Tower: 2 participants

    - Pilates Springboard: 3 participants

    - Pilates Mat & GYROKINESIS® series classes: 4 participants

If a class or series does not meet minimum enrollment, the studio will notify you at least 72 hours in advance. In that case, your payment will be converted into studio credit, which may be applied to a private, duet, or group appointment. No refunds will be issued.

We appreciate your early sign-ups—they help us plan ahead and keep classes running smoothly.

  • Class wait list policy

You can join the wait list for full classes if you have a card on-file. You will be notified of an available opening as soon as a spot opens, and have 48-hours to confirm your attendance. Once you are enrolled, a class will be deducted from your package or membership. If you do not have a valid package or have already used the classes in your membership, the drop-in rate will be automatically charged to the credit card on-file.

  • What should I wear?

Please wear or bring comfortable, non-restrictive layers. The studio is generally cooler in the morning and evening, and warm around midday.

Please bring socks to help us keep the studio clean. We have personal straps available for purchase should you prefer to work without socks.

  • Do you require previous experience?

You already have a lifetime of experience in your own body — no further experience required.

  • What are your health and safety protocols?

We comply with all current CDC and state and local health guidelines regarding COVID.

We ask that you self-monitor for COVID symptoms, and isolate and test as necessary or required per applicable guidelines if you have been exposed or have symptoms. Please do not come to class if you suspect you have been exposed to COVID or are in fact ill with COVID.

Masks are currently optional — please let your instructor know your preference. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time in accordance with current CDC, state, and local health guidelines.

Online classes and appointments are still available.

Hand washing or hand sanitizer use upon arrival.

Air purifier and best ventilation possible.

    Increased cleaning measures between sessions.
