    1 15-minute phone consultation

    1 Individual Appointment (50-minute in studio appointment; $120 value)

    4 Pilates Springboard Classes (50-minute in studio group classes; $160 value)

    1 Online Pilates Mat Class (50-minute online group classes; $35 value)
